Why I built Micro

I've always been passionate about learning, and about software that's genuinely a pleasure to use. That's why I started Litmos: to make training simple to create, deliver and take.

So I was a bit sad to keep hearing from Litmos admins that their side of the experience hasn't evolved with the times. Setting people up and assigning courses one screen at a time. Exporting reports and rebuilding them in spreadsheets. Chasing who's overdue on must-do training. Wondering which old admin logins still have access. The people who keep training running deserve modern tools, so I decided to change that. Litmos was always meant to be software people loved using, and Micro is how I'm bringing the love back to LMS admin.

Micro isn't a new LMS, and it doesn't replace Litmos. It's a management layer that sits on top of the Litmos account you already have, so there's nothing to migrate and nothing changes for your learners. You get bulk changes you can preview and undo, reporting that's always up to date, must-do training that monitors itself, and access reviews that keep things tidy.
