Questions

Can I bulk-assign learning paths as well as courses?
Yes. A bulk change can assign courses, remove courses or assign learning paths to everyone you select. You can also move people between teams, update fields, and activate or deactivate users the same way.
Will learners get an email from Litmos?
Only if you choose. Changes made in Micro are sent to Litmos with notifications off by default, and you can switch learner emails on for a particular change.
How many people can I assign at once?
As many as your filter matches. Big changes run in the background at a pace that stays within Litmos' API rate limit, so they don't disrupt your other integrations.
What if I assign a course to the wrong people?
Undo the change. Micro removes the assignments it made and leaves everything else alone. Undo soon after, before learners make progress on a course they shouldn't have.
Does Micro replace Litmos auto-assign rules?
No. Your Litmos rules keep running. Micro helps you find people they missed and assign courses to any group you can describe with a filter.
