Questions

What counts as “stuck”?
A learner who reached a module but hasn't completed it. Micro flags a module when at least a quarter of the learners who reached it haven't completed it.
Does it work with SCORM and xAPI content?
Yes. Micro uses the module results Litmos records, whatever the module type, including SCORM and xAPI packages and assessments.
Can Micro edit the course for me?
No. The Litmos API doesn't allow creating or editing course content, so Micro points you to the course in Litmos to fix it.
Can I see which teams are furthest behind on a course?
Yes. Each course shows completion by team, and the analytics page has a team × course grid.
