Questions
- Is Micro a replacement for Litmos?
- No. Micro isn't an LMS. It's a management layer that connects to your Litmos LMS. Your learners, courses and content stay in Litmos, and Micro gives your admins bulk changes, reporting and monitoring on top. You need a Litmos account to use Micro.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature included. You don't need a credit card to start.
- What counts as a user?
- The active people in your connected Litmos site, from the latest sync. Deactivated people don't count.
- Who can sign in to Micro?
- Your Litmos Administrators and Account Owners sign in with their work email; we send them a one-time code. You can also add people who only need reports. Learners never need a Micro account.
- Is every feature included?
- Yes. Every plan includes everything, including the AI assistant connection.
- We have more than 5,000 users. How does pricing work?
- Start the same 14-day free trial, then contact us at team@microlms.com and we'll agree a price based on the size of your Litmos site. You get every feature, the same as every other plan.
- What do I need to get started?
- A Litmos Account Owner API key. Paste it in, and we import your people, teams, courses and progress. Most sites are ready in a few minutes.
- Will Micro change anything in Litmos without me?
- No. Every change is a draft you review first, and nothing reaches Litmos until you press Apply. That includes changes an AI assistant suggests.
- Can I see it before connecting my own account?
- Yes. Click Explore the live demo to look around a read-only workspace for a fictional 500-person company. There's no sign-up needed.
