UndoThe problem
What it's like in Litmos today
- A bulk change in an LMS is hard to check before it runs and harder to reverse after.
- One wrong filter can assign a course to the whole company, or email hundreds of learners.
- Afterwards, there's no simple record of what changed for each person, or who made the change.
How Micro solves it
Keep Litmos. Do this part in Micro.
-
1
Every change is a draft
Assignments, team moves, field updates, deactivations and imports all start as a preview. Nothing reaches Litmos until someone presses Apply.
-
2
See who's skipped, and why
People who already have the course, or are already in the team, are skipped and counted. Warnings are shown up front.
-
3
Leave people out
Untick individual people, or whole courses, before you apply.
-
4
Runs in the background
Changes are sent at a pace that stays within Litmos' API rate limit, with each person's result recorded.
-
5
Undo
Undo creates the reverse change: assignments removed, team moves reversed, fields set back, and deactivated people reactivated.

Questions
- What can be undone?
- Course and learning path assignments, team moves, field updates, activations and deactivations, and users created by an import (which are deactivated). Emails Litmos has already sent can't be unsent.
- What happens if part of a change fails?
- Each person's change is tracked separately. The rest still goes through, and the change set shows exactly which ones failed and why.
- Can an AI assistant make changes?
- An assistant connected to Micro can draft a change. You see the same preview and confirm it before anything reaches Litmos.
- Who can apply changes?
- Owners and admins of your Micro workspace. People you add only to see reports can't change anything.
