Overdue training
Overdue training is an assigned course or learning path that a learner hasn't completed by its due date. It is the headline number in most compliance reporting, and is usually tracked per course, per team and per person, so admins and managers can follow up with the people who are behind.
Why it matters
Overdue training is the clearest sign of compliance risk, and the number managers are most often asked for.
How it works in Litmos
Litmos tracks due dates on assignments and shows learners as overdue once the date passes without a completion.
Common pitfalls
Building the overdue list by exporting each course and merging spreadsheets, so it's out of date as soon as it's done. Also: chasing individuals when a whole team is behind, or when one module is the real blocker.
